Salame Stagionato Riserva (meaning Aged Salami Reserve ) made from minced shoulder and pancetta meat, seasoned with salt, pepper, a touch of garlic, natural aromas and spices. Packed in natural casing and hand-tied, matured for at least 60 days . Weight is approx. 470 g. per half salami.
Salumificio Artigianale Pavullese has been bringing handmade products to the table for four generations, made according to ancient traditional recipes with a touch of innovation. Their products are made in the shadow of the Montecuccoli Castle, in the Frignano area of the Emilian Apennines. They are handmade, exactly as tradition dictates. Each product has a completely unique taste, thanks to the use of natural spices.

Food: These salamis are perfect as part of a charcuterie board, accompanied by various cheeses (I recommend the one with an intense Parmigiano Reggiano, aged for 36 months), and olives.
