Origin:

Salame Stagionato di Pavullo is a traditional Italian delicacy, made with the original recipe that has been handed down for three generations by the Fulgeri family. This Italian salami is produced with meat from pigs raised on farms located in the municipalities of the Appennino Modenese mountains. The pigs grow up in fresh and healthy mountain air, which contributes to the high quality and unique taste of the meat.

  • Scent: A rich and authentic aroma that captures the essence of the Italian mountains and the careful preparation.
  • Taste: Salame Stagionato di Pavullo has a rich and well-balanced taste, thanks to a carefully selected blend of spices. It is delicate yet robust , providing an unforgettable taste experience.

 

Product specifications:

  • Recipe: Meat from pigs raised in the Appennino Modenese, a mixture of selected spices.
  • Processing: Wrapped in natural casing, hand-tied with raw cotton string.
  • Nutritional information: Free from gluten and lactose, no preservatives.
  • Maturation: At least 60 days, which gives the salami its characteristic flavor and texture.
  • Weight: approx. 450 g. per half salami.

 

Perfect combinations:

  • Wine: Enjoy this salame with a full-bodied red wine like Chianti Classico or Barolo, which complements the deep flavor notes.
  • Food: Ideal as part of a charcuterie plate, perfect with various cheeses (try it with a 30 month Parmigiano Reggiano ) and olives. It also goes well in sandwiches with fresh bread and vegetables.
