Origin: Parmigiano Reggiano 12 mesi (months) comes from the "Rio San Michele" dairy located in the picturesque Appennino Modenese mountains in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. This cheese is handcrafted with care and traditional methods, reflecting the proud craftsmanship and love of dairy production in the region.

Aroma: Our Parmigiano Reggiano 12 months has a subtle aroma of nuts and light notes of fresh milk, reminiscent of the lush pastures where the milk comes from.

Taste: Our Parmigiano Reggiano 12 months has a harmonious and delicate taste with hints of milk, yogurt and fresh fruit . It has a pleasant consistency with a supple texture that melts on the tongue and leaves a long aftertaste.

Perfect combinations:

Wine: This cheese pairs perfectly with a fresh and light white wine such as a Pinot Grigio, a Vermentino or a Sauvignon Blanc. These wines compliment the delicate taste of the cheese and contribute to a harmonious taste experience. An excellent choice is also a sparkling wine that provides the perfect aperitif experience.
