Aroma: Parmigiano Reggiano aged 18 months has a harmonious and delicate flavor with notes of milk, yogurt and fresh fruit.
Taste: At first bite, this cheese reveals a rich and harmonious flavor, where the characteristic notes of nuts and fruit are combined with a subtle sweetness and a discreet spicy finish. This cheese is a good balance between the milky and buttery sweet notes typical of Parmigiano aged 12 months, but not as developed as the 24-month-old type. If you want more character without giving up the softness and sweetness of a fresh cheese, this is a good choice!
