This Parmigiano Reggiano is perfect for enhancing any dish with its authentic Italian flavor and exquisite quality.

The lush meadows and the clean environment of the area provide the perfect setting for our cheese, and every bite of our Parmigiano Reggiano bears witness to the heritage of this mountainous area and the craftsmanship of Luca and the other masters who produce Parmigiano, with an unsurpassed taste and quality, that can only be achieved through centuries of experience and tradition.

Tasting notes:

Aroma: Parmigiano Reggiano aged 18 months has a harmonious and delicate taste with notes of milk, yogurt and fresh fruit.

Taste: At first bite, this cheese reveals a rich and harmonious taste, where the characteristic notes of nuts and fruit are combined with a subtle sweetness and a discreet spicy finish. This cheese is a good balance of the milky and buttery sweet notes typical of Parmigiano aged 12 months, but not as developed as the 24 month old type. If you want more character without giving up the softness and sweetness of a fresh cheese, this is a great choice!

Perfect combinations:

Wine: A medium to full-bodied white wine such as a Chardonnay or a Fiano di Avellino will complement the cheese's rich flavor and bring its nutty undertones to life.

Food: Slice this Parmigiano Reggiano and serve with a selection of charcuterie and olives for an authentic Italian taste experience. It is particularly suitable as an aperitif with crisp white wines or to enrich salads and cold dishes .
